Elliott’s is a small, boutique buyer’s agent based right here in Wagga Wagga.
We focus on quality over quantity, taking on only a select number of clients at any one time. This allows us to deliver a service that’s personal, precise, and deeply focused on achieving the best result for every buyer we represent.
Unlike many larger agencies, we only operate in our hometown of Wagga. This means we’re not distracted by learning other markets, our time and expertise are dedicated solely to understanding every street, suburb, and opportunity this city has to offer.
Our Director and Head Buyer’s Agent, Ben Elliott, is a proud Wagga local and former real estate sales agent. With experience on both sides of the transaction, Ben offers unmatched insight into local property dynamics and negotiation strategies.
Before founding Elliott’s, Ben led operations in the Riverina for one of Australia’s largest corporations, leading over 250 staff.
He is also the founder and sole operator of WaggaKind, a local charity supporting women and children escaping domestic violence.
